These are food diaries from April to Mid May. I’ve missed releasing new posts. I’m sorry for being away for a while. Believe it or not, I’ve been diagnosed with Fatigue by my doctor because of everything that’s been going on. I definitely think the stress that’s been built up over the past 3 months or so with the virus, has definitely not been good for both my mental and physical health.
So for a while, my eyes have been too sensitive for any lighting and that’s why I haven’t been able to open my laptop to work on my blog. Also, my anxiety has been acting up again, and now I’m trying this new medicine that’ been helping but the side effects include sleepiness so that’s another reason why my blog has been neglected for like a month now.
Anyway, I’m sort of back on my feet now and I wanna make up for the lost time.

1) Tamago Nigiri from Izakaya Hi :D
2) Cupcakes from Costco
3) Crawfish from our local HEB :3
