Hey guys. Welcome back to another post. I'm here to give a short review of Buxom's Full-On Plumping Lip Matte in the shade Brunching. But first I would like to thank Bzzagent for inviting me to try out this new product from Buxom's new beauty campaign.
I really like the product when I hold it. It's very light and I also like how the product swatches. I didn't feel any tingling sensation when I swatched it at the back of my hand. The color is a very pretty rosy peach. I'm sorry if I don't have a demo of me swatching this, but the way I'm planning on using this product isn't how you would regularly apply a lip product.
The way I've been doing my lips has been to moisturize and then swipe the product on and then wipe it again. I just like wearing my lip products as a tint or wearing them as a matching blush. So I haven't really fully tested this for its plumping effects. I'll give you guys an update when I do. But so far, I've liked it as a first impression. It wasn't very hard to remove and the product had a nice consistency to it. It has a very smooth feel. That was what made me remember it.
I'm looking at the site right now, and apparently, it has peptides, vitamin E, and hyaluronic filling spheres. It also retails for $23. It also describes it as a brown peach, but on my olive undertone, it's more of a red shade than brown. If you'd like to give this product a try, I'd say, give it a go. I feel like the price is not too outrageous. And it's close to the price of an expensive drugstore product, so it's not too out there.
