Crying + Cold Girl Make Up Tutorial | Douyin Gradient Dark Under Eye Blush Make up | Cabanel

1/02/2023

   Hey guys! This is my take on the crying girl slash cold girl douyin makeup tutorial that’s been going around since last year. The title also says “Dark Under Eye Gradient” because I didn’t use concealer under my eyes, and just used the discoloration there to blend in with the blush, which makes a pretty effect on its own. I added the Cabanel part because when I think of crying I usually think of Lucifer as the “Fallen Angel” who’s crying and angry at the same time lol.

The eyeshadows I used were from the Ever Never Spellbook Palette by Make Up Revolution. I featured it in a haul if you would like to see it. The shadows I used were: 1) Serpent 2) Drama and 3) Kohl. I only used a tone-up sunscreen for my base, so that it would look like your cheeks are flushed from crying and look more natural that way.

You are more than welcome to use fine glitter under the eye. But I thought the shimmer from the palette was enough. The main star of this show is the Profusion Heart Stamp blush. It’s so perfect. I never like liquid blushes or bronzers, but this product blended like a dream. It gave that perfect, Igari - blush draped look. You can’t see my lips in the selca that I took but I also used Profusion for a MLBB look. I don’t remember the shade name, but it’s in their Crystal Ritual line.

All the products I used, I’ve included photos from base to finish. The only thing I want to add is that, try to create the look that’s most flattering to your features. I have almond-shaped eyes with high cheekbones so that’s where I focused most of the blush. I didn’t put the blush near my temples because I don’t like how that emphasizes my huge five-head . _ .;;;

The last thing I want to make a note of is the clear mascara - it’s great for making your lashes look extra wet like you just cried your eyes out after looking at your favorite painting, finishing a new favorite book, or a show that has ended with no further seasons renewal.
