The unicorn is another hair brush, it’s just foldable. I don’t know why I even carry two combs in my tote bag, when I never brush my hair. I honestly don’t know why they’re there. I guess they’re there just in case it’s too windy, and I need to primp up a little bit before heading to the cafe I would decide to work in.

I don’t really like going to cafes or bookstores to study for three reasons:

1) The drinks and pastries are way too expensive - you’re just there for the ambiance

2) I hate how dirty public restrooms are - seriously how do people have sex in public places? It’s so gross. Maybe when you’re horny, you don’t really care. Anyway, the point is, I just hate having to use the public restrooms so I can never stay at a cafe for too long. I’d stay there for two hours then head home because I refuse to use public restrooms

3) People think it’s okay to bother me. Just random dudes coming up asking me for the WiFi password. I’m like helloooo??? I don’t work here???? I’m trying to pass an exam??? I’m too old for you??? Dam 🦫

I prefer studying at home so in that way I can use the method of loci without distractions or looking too weird. I do like to go to libraries more often (although it doesn’t 100% elimate creepy people trying to talk to you). There’s a new one in my area and I might go. But even going to the really old library cheers me up because it reminds me of my childhood.

I carry old planners to doodle in them so that my brain can take a break from all the info dumping happening.
