Hey again. I’m sorry if this post is too scarce. Like I feel like there’s not enough photos or words that I’m typing into this post. But I can’t help it. I’m lazy. I don’t have any energy. I’m secretly a 75-year-old man trapped in a 16-year-old girl’s body (since no one ever believes I’m 32). My real identity is that I’m, actually, the Godfather. Haha that’s a lie. The Godfather wouldn’t have weak knees like I do. He’s silver-haired with vigor. But I am unflinching like Marlon. Ooo, Leo season must be coming up, because why the fuck is my ego getting bigger than my forehead??? The gods were like, the men are gonna go wild for this huge forehead o: I should have done a Pride month post for Marlon Brandon and James Dean. My favorite bisexual icons. But um, like I said, I’m not a content creator machine. I just blog whenever I feel like it. I’d rather read articles than produce them.
I wish I took selfies during this trip, but I was just too happy living in the moment, that I hardly took any photos. Also, I think I’m more interested in clothing and accessories than I was into make up and skincare in my twenties.
Highlight of the trip: Gulf of Mexico hanging on the frame of the place we stayed at. I stared at it too long, wishing I was in the right timeline. And also breakfast from this Greek restaurant called Aegean. It was sooo goood.
Overall, this was a good trip. No snakes, no spiders, no butchers. No miasma in the air. As promised to my mom. No nightmares. Just good vibes. I’m so glad my mom, dad, and brother got to unwind and de-stress during this whole trip. They didn’t even have to acknowledge me or thank me. I’m just glad they were smiling the whole time. But I appreciate their thanks.
I prayed to Hermes to watch over us during our travel. And he answered my prayer.
Princess Beach was definitely my favorite part of Florida. I felt so calm staring at the ocean. I could’ve lingered there forever. I can’t wait to see her again. It’s not enough to just see her once.
In New Orleans, before we started our road trip to Florida, I had a dream from Poseidon. He said I can have this ghostly crown. Because I released it, so I was able to win it back. But I told him, I no longer recognize it as I turn it with my fingers. And when I woke up, that’s when he whispered I can have the trident. Not me being a commander, in between dreams and waking up c: I like the sound of that. Like Commander Bond. Florida always makes me think of Ian Fleming. Since they’re both near the Caribbean territory. He created James Bond so that his eternal single self will live on forever before his marriage lol. I think Poseidon left me an actual gift because there’s this Surf Shop we stopped at to collect Souvenirs and I found these really comfortable, raised sandals from this brand called Reef (1984). They’re so soft and steady. It was so cute. It had a sticker that said “Squeeze Me.”
