January Make Up Basket

I know I’ve said this so many times in so many of the new posts I’ve published, but I am doing a No-Buy, so every month, I will be featuring a monthly rotation of my stash/collection. These are the make up I’ve reached for the most in the month of January. 

The star of this month’s Beauty Basket is *drumroll please* Maybelline New York’s Soda Pop. I finally got the sister palette of the Lemonade Craze palette. I’m currently working on publishing my January Favorites. On there, I elaborate more on how I didn’t really break the No-Buy rule in acquiring this new palette. I’ve been trying a lot of Maybelline’s City Mini palettes and I’ve been liking them quite a lot for my eyes. They last long and feel like you’re wearing nothing. 

I quite like the way I shot with my new background. There’s still enough light and the images looked sharper. So I’m quite pleased with how the photo shoot turned out.
