Yes |  The Wet n Wild BB cushion is something I am up for repurchasing but as I am under No-Buy for 2020, I would be using up my samples and other foundations before re-purchasing one. I am going to be very excited to repurchase it when I can but sadly, I must hold-off and be willing to try other new things that are within my stash/collection. I hope they don’t discontinue it, or if they do, I hope they bring it back in some way, like in different packaging.

The Pantene Intense Rescue Shots are also something I always repurchase at my local grocery store. Chiara Ferragni stands by this for making her strands amazing and I love how I think of her when I use this product. I am never going to live without this product. It lives up to every claim it says about it. It’s like Korean skincare but for your hair. A very good ampoule and I really connect well with this product.

Salonpas are also a yes. They are what I use to help me get through Mother Nature’s gift every month. It’s a pain-relieving patch that I use when I get anybody ache outside of my period as well.

Cotton balls from HEB are also a necessary repurchase. I use them for removing my nail polish. I also always repurchase flat cotton pads from Daiso (3).

Green Apple Sour Candy by Pureral from Daiso as well as Strawberry Rush chocolate were two things I really enjoyed. I thought the strawberry chocolate would taste too artificial and fake, but it was amazing. I’ve talked about the sour candy in a previous Empties, and it’s also super amazing.

Green Tea with Jasmine From Bigelow is a pretty standard purchase. It was perfect for autumn and still is nice to have during winter. I love the scent a lot. I feel the same with C2O Pure Coconut Water. This is better than any of the fancy coconut brands out there. Plus this restored my dehydrated tongue from too much tea and coffee that I’ve been consuming for my snack reviews. So it’s an instant repurchase.

No |  Pure Protein Chocolate Deluxe Bar maybe something I’d pass on. It’s handy when you have your period and you’re in a dangerously low energy place and is close to passing out. I just haven’t found an energy bar that I really like. So while I do need something like this lying around I won’t be purchasing this particular one. It tastes decent, but it doesn’t make me fall in love with Protein Bars. For now, I think I’ll be substituting Special K cereal for my energy needs.

Mad About You Hand Sanitizer from Bath and Body Works is something that I really liked but it took me five years to finish up. I know, it’s so weird. I don’t think it’s even available anymore. And I still have a lot of sanitizers I need to get through in my closet that I got from their Buy 3 get 2 Free sales? I think that’s what the sale was called.

Avene Thermal Spring Water is something I couldn’t test out fairly.  I feel bad for putting it on this pile. But our AC broke during the summer and I think this went badly even though I’ve put it near the window for very little cooling effect. I was just too scared to spray it on my face in case it expired and little creatures with many legs were crawling inside the bottle. So I’ve just decided to toss it. I think I sprayed it once before when it was still in good condition and I wasn’t that impressed by it.

The Lip Sleeping Mask by Mamonde in Plum Blossom is also something I couldn’t enjoy until it was empty as well. Because for the same reason. The AC broke during the peak of summer last year and the consistency changed. Also, I have Laneige now, so that’s the one I’m planning on repurchasing. Although, I will say that no matter how good a balm is, my immune system always finds a way to make any good lipstick dry again on my lips. Like it doesn’t want to win and just always wants to be cracked and bleeding no matter what D: Anyway, I thought this was a good dupe if you didn’t want to splurge on Laneige.

Nature Lab Tokyo Smooth Blow Out Lotion was a hard pass for me. I tried it and I didn’t like the scent. I think it’s also meant to make your hair healthier, but it just didn’t smell nice enough for me to try it out for much longer to see the benefits. The size is very generous though for being 1 fl oz.

Aphrodite Olive Oil Face Mask is also a hard pass. What I hate about brands doing free samples with your purchase nowadays is that they seem to be OK with giving you expired products. I haven’t had it for very long and it already smelled off. I think this was from an Ipsy Beauty Box and I must say I was really disappointed that they were ok with sending a product that was nearly expiring.

Another miss from Ipsy is the La Chloris Urban Botanics Ultra Glow Moroccan Rose Mask. This smelled so nice the first time I opened it. By the time I was ready to use it for the second time, it smelled really bad. I was also really disappointed that it came with very tiny granules that scratched at my face. But when you scoop it out from the container, it looks like it’s very smooth like the Rosy Cheeks. But Rosy Cheeks is so much better and it doesn’t come with any irritating scrubs or granules that feel like that stupid Kylie or St. Ives scrub. I mean I’ve used Korean scrubs before, but those you can actually dilute with water and it doesn’t hurt one bit. I don’t know why companies just jumped out of the scrubby trend just because the Kardashians promoted it.

Milani Make It Dewy 16 HR Setting Spray and Wet n Wild Photo Focus Dewy Primer also didn’t make the cut. Initially, I really wanted to repurchase the Milani setting spray because it smells soooo nice. But I noticed that once you get to the end of the bottle it becomes really oily and it looks super greasy when you spray it on. Dewy finishes were something I thought would look good on me, but I’m actually better with a velvet finish. So, I just stick with powder now. As for the Dewy Primer from Wet n Wild, not only did it turn out that Dewy wasn’t a look for me, the product itself was just hard to move around. So, I hardly consider it a primer.

Maybe | The La Mer cream was a really nice cream to try for 2 months. I can’t believe I actually got it sent to me for free in a very pretty PR packaging vibe. I feel like 21-year-old Mari would have been shook that a $200 cream was something she could try without paying for it. I am very grateful to have it sent to me in such a fashion. But that being said, I don’t think I will run out to buy it immediately. It’s a very nice winter cream with a luxurious citrusy scent. My dehydrated skin loves it to death. However, I love my Laneige Water Bank moisturizer more. Even if the only thing Laneige does is to maintain and plump up my skin. I would still choose it over La Mer even though it gets rid of unwanted texture and refines your pore, like no other. For me, the scent of Laneige is unmatched. I would rather choose a nice mood-enhancing night cream that works as aromatherapy before bedtime because mood and sleep have far more beauty benefits for me than a luxury item with a big price tag. I also prefer the texture of my Laneige more. It’s very watery and it absorbs under your skin really fast. La Mer felt really heavy, and I was put off at first. But the more I used it, the more it feels like the heavy cream functions as a way to massage your skin the same way as an aesthetician would. I’ve never been to an aesthetician by the way. But I want to let you know that it does feel pampering in that way. Because it takes a while to move the product around, it kind of feels like you’re giving yourself a nice, facial massage. I also got sent this product twice, so I took two photos of it separately. It lasted for a really long time even though it looked like it came in such a small container.

The La Mer Regenerating Serum was also really nice to use. But again, it didn’t really blow my mind. I did notice that if you put it on before, then it was easier to move the heavy cream around.

Kind Bars in Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate and Caramel Almond & Sea Salt are in the maybe pile for the same reason as the protein bar. It’s good for energy emergencies, and I did like the taste of the Peanut Butter better (Not so much with the Caramel Almond), but I still haven’t found an energy bar that I feel like I can’t live without.

I also enjoyed my Joico K Pak Color Therapy Restorative Styling Oil. It's soo cool how it refuses to be empty. Even though it's like leveled at the very bottom, every time I squeeze the pump, a lot still comes out and I've had this product for about three years now. Not sure just yet if I am going to repurchase since I've been eyeing the Moroccan Oil line. It has a very pleasant scent, it's quite rich but disperses really well to hair lengths. I use it for my in-between shower days. I used to use powder on my scalp before but after dyeing my hair for so many years, I feel like oil is a better way to keep off the scaliness/dryness.
