I’ve been doing good with my snack budget. It’s always $20 about once/twice per month. I really liked the majority of the snacks, I picked up :D My favorite is the Cheddar Rocket Crackers for sure. It’s not powdery and doesn’t taste too salty like goldfish. I love the packaging so much. The second I saw it, it reminded me immediately of Martin Scorsese’s Hugo. That film about a rocket launching on the moon’s eye.

No one puts a lot of intricate details on packaging anymore. I feel like the 1800s were the only people that were extra about it. If you like vintage stuff or just a graphic designer in general, I think you’ll like all of the packaging design you’ll see at Trader Joe’s.

I’ll give you first impressions on my monthly favorites or empties because this is more of a haul than a snack tasting one.

Least Favorite is the Kettle Corn because it tasted too caramel-y. Biscotti tasted great though :D It doesn’t have that coffee kick at the end.

I’ve never been inside a Trader Joe’s before. I felt sorry for the girl that I blocked from getting her cart. I didn’t know the entrance was set up similar to Michael’s. Where the basket and the exit were like right next to each other. I just imagined it to be similar to Whole Foods. It kind of is. But not really.

I think I’ll come back for more of the RX Bars. Specifically, the Chocolate Raspberry one because raspberries in protein form are perfect for that time of the month.

I was trying to look for the Maca Kombucha but they didn’t appear to have any in stock. I like the recyclable totes that they had near the checkout. There were also a lot of cool designs for the beer bottles but I didn’t grab any because I don’t drink. It takes a while for a drink to warm up my throat and I don’t really get a buzz from it.
