Hey guys. I meant to post this around January and February this year, but it just got backlogged. But it’s finally here! If I’m putting up late make up posts, it’s definitely from a purchase from December 2021. If you’ve read Episode 2: Saying Goodbye to Make Up, it’ll make a lot of sense, why I have decided to not indulge in make up as I did in the years before.

I’m so sad that BH Cosmetics has filed for bankruptcy. I think we all were. Just when I was falling in love with the brand. The very first haul I ever did for BH Cosmetics wasn’t a hit, but after giving them a second chance, the brand completely won me over. To this day, I still regret not picking up every palette from The Sweet Shoppes line. I was only able to get my hands on one of them. And I got it from TJ Maxx/Homegoods for like around $8.

The reviews have all said it before but the new packaging also came with a better formulation. The only difference I saw is the one shade from Trendy in Tokyo. It went from a red to a darker, neon-like orange. If you have both of the palettes, you’ll know what I’m talking about. There’s also a ton of comparison videos on YouTube. I know I’m just tossing my hat to the ring just like the others, but these palettes were amazing for the price, and it definitely deserves the hailed reviews it’s received online.
