Book Review: Marriage in a Minute by Alina Jacobs

8/07/2022

I also read this last summer. I never got to reviewing it until now. It follows the same formula as her other novel within this Wedding in the City series. My only gripe with this book if I remember correctly, is that the cover illustration doesn't really match the description for the MC. The MC is supposed to be curvy, but the one on the cover does look like a typical, skinny fashion illustration kind of girl. There's nothing wrong with any body type, I'm just saying that it is a little bit misleading. It is still a good book nonetheless. My favorite character is the Grandma. She cracked me up. This is also another three-star rating for me because of the typos I got from my Kindle. On the last page - the Epilogue was unreadable because it wasn't proofread enough. It was still a pretty good read. This is a hot, romantic comedy. So steamy scenes are included. Think Sex in the City

Thanks for reading! I'll see you in the next post! As always, take care xx
