Hey! Today I'm showing you how to pair two side dishes to create an easy meal. For vegan options, you can switch fishcake with either spiced tofu cubes or boiled sweet potatoes. I'm really lazy so whatever I top off my bowl, is usually a leftover meal from the night before. In this case, we're using fish cake and kimchi.
INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED FOR HERB RICE: ✦
x Cilantro
x Rice (with quinoa - optional)
x Salt & pepper ( I use pink Himalayan salt & Peppercorn medley grinder)
x Butter
x Minced Garlic (From Sam's Club) Or you can just chop up regular onions | It's what I used to do
