Hello there. I'm here to tell you about a quick healthy snack that I always prepare to give me more energy. If you are vegan or have an intolerance for fish, I highly suggest just using tofu as a replacement ingredient. It's just as healthy. This is easy to whip together, and I feel like the ingredients are always available in the back of your pantry. So you don't really need to go out and buy them unless you're out.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED: INGREDIENTS LIST ✦
x Canned Tuna (Omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin B12)
x Green Topper (Optional) (Parsley flakes). I also use cilantro, green onion, or aonori (green seaweed powder)
x Base carb (I like rice, but you can also choose different sorts of crackers that you'd use on a cheese board)
x Mayonaisse ( I like the mayonnaise from my local Japanese grocery store - the one you also use for Okonomiyaki pancakes, but you can also use regular mayonnaise) (Vitamin E, K, Selenium, Potassium, Sodium)
Something I want to try next: Avocado Toast w Nori & Boiled Eggs. I'll let you know how it goes.
Thanks for reading. I'll see you in the next post. As always, take care xx.
