Review: Hello Kitty 50th Anniversary x Wet n Wild Megaglo Radiance Liquid 4% Niacinamide 8% Glycerin

   

  If you have the Primer Serum (Check out my review here), I don't think you need this product. Because they both are glow products, and I think you can have the glow you need without both. But if you like to be extra glowy, then I don't think it hurts to have both. It would only set you back $14 (if you get both/ They're around $7 each). The ingredients have brightening effects, but at a low percentage. I'm not sure how much impact it would make. Maybe I'll do a follow-up review in the next couple of months. However, it won't probably be accurate to test it during the winter time because I think everyone becomes paler during winter. So maybe another follow-up during summer or spring.
