Hey guys! It’s me, Mari, again. Back with the super late posts lol. I would just like to officially announce the Brand of The Year for me this past year, in 2021: Pixi. I’ve had a lot of misses with this brand, but I finally got around to trying their best products! These two palettes are the ones I used a lot last spring, and they are so smooth and nice and buttery and all of the other nice, superlatives I can think of.

I was very hesitant to give this brand another go last year, because of, as I’ve said lots of misses and their price range was just too expensive for me for a drugstore brand. But, I finally got around to getting a Redcard and the 5% savings kinda and gave me the push I needed to retry Pixi again.

And the rest is history. You’ll know that his post isn’t sponsored because I’m about to tell you that’s pretty much tied in first place with BH Cosmetics. I have a haul coming up for that too (but no promises on when it’ll be posted). I do hope BH Cosmetics makes a come-back. I’m so sad that they’ve filed for bankruptcy. #notspons

The blush and bronzer palette is my absolute favorite. It’s the one I used the most and I have a lot of ColourPop that I usually grab when I’m in a hurry.

And I finally found a cool-tone palette that’s compatible with my olive-undertone skin! None of the shades pulled too red or ashy on me. It was so nice to finally be able to try a cool-tone palette that truly leans neutral on my skin.

The skincare mask that I picked up unfortunately didn’t work out as a face mask, but it was absolutely awesome for my legs. It has cica in one of it’s ingredients and helps with any cuts or nicks I get from shaving. It lightens up any bruises or hyperpigmentation for my legs and it’s been great for me. And I love the spoon at the side of the tub.
